Delivery time:
Cargo operations from our company take place every day. Your order will reach you within “7” business days after it is shipped. This period may vary depending on the address/country you are in. Public holidays, Eid holidays, etc. At busy times, this process may take longer. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday. Delivery hours are between 09:00 and 18:00 on business days. There is no delivery on Sundays.
These considerations apply to standard shipments. You can visit Yurtiçi Cargo’s website (www.yurticikargo.com) for information about areas where delivery is made on certain days of the week and non-address delivery areas. Our cargo delivery is free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo in Turkey.
For international shipments, shipping fee will be calculated according to the country you are based on and will be reflected during payment process.
Order Tracking:
When your domestic shipment is completed, a cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. You can track the status of your order by entering your tracking number on the link below.

What if I am not at the address at the time of delivery?
If you are not at the address, your cargo will be marked as “undelivered” and returned. By contacting the cargo company, you can get preliminary information about the time they will arrive, and you can ensure that your package is delivered at a convenient time for you. If you cannot be reached by the cargo company, it will be marked as a note left in the system and you will need to pick up your order from the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch to your address. We would like to remind you that if your order cannot reach you and returns to our warehouse, the buyer will pay for the shipping again. If there is no one to receive your package at home, we recommend that you do not leave your package in the common areas such as in front of the door/flat. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for lost cargo.
What should I pay attention to during delivery?
When receiving your domestic orders, you should definitely check if your cargo package is damaged or not(torn, crushed, wet, etc.). In case of damage detection, if product is damaged or product on the invoice and the content do not match, you should not take delivery of cargo and keep a report to the cargo officer.
Since the report states that the damage is not caused by you, it will facilitate your exchange or return process. As a result of the report, the new product will be sent to your address as soon as possible.
Missing or damaged product notifications made after receiving the cargo are subject to review since there is no report. The review may be accepted or rejected depending on the outcome.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to be aware of your country’s customs rules. Deux Clés cannot predict the customs tax that will occur in your country. All customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser. All delivery times are subject to the international shipping company we ship to and local shipping when entering your country and may vary. This process may be longer or shorter than the estimated time and Deux Clés cannot be held responsible.
Deux Clés does not take responsibility for any custom duty, tax or fee that may be imposed on your order by the country in which you are located and payable at time of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for paying these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information. If we ship your order and you can’t get your package through customs and the package is returned to the sender, your order will be canceled and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
