Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. In this context, the cancellation and return conditions we have prepared for you, our consumer, are listed below.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it. By specifying the order/product you want to cancel, you can send your cancellation request to our e-mail address [email protected]. If the product is not shipped in the cancellation process, the entire fee will be refunded by the method you performed the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted and returned.

REFUND ORDER

Returned products are examined by our Company. Any dissatisfaction with the products you have purchased, any problems arising from production and service are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible. Below you can find the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster regarding product return. If any of these are missing, product returns are not accepted.

Requirements for Return

If the following conditions for the return are fulfilled, the return process is carried out.

Item to be Returned

a- The product to be returned must be unused and undamaged in any way. Product label cut, washing, dry cleaning, etc. cleaning processes have been applied, the form has deteriorated due to improper storage of the purchased form, perfume and so on. Returns of products that have foreign material applied, whose original box/packaging is damaged, which have lost their resaleability feature and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

b- The product to be returned must be delivered to the product return address of our Company, complete and undamaged, with its standard accessories, as received within 14 days.

Invoice of the Product to be Returned

The invoice of the product must be sent for the return process. If the invoice is lost, it can be returned with the invoice sent via e-mail.

ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

a- In case the products delivered to our company are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank.

b- The return shipping cost of the order to be returned will be borne by the consumer.

SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

General return conditions are as follows;

– Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

– If the product to be returned does not comply with the conditions stated above, the return is not accepted.

– You must send the original invoice (all copies you have) together with the product you want to return. If the invoice is lost, it can be returned with the invoice sent via e-mail.
